Looking for speakers for ISDC panel on Computers and Communications

I am the chair for a Computers and Communications session to be held at this year's International Space Development Conference (ISDC 2008) to be held in Washington, DC in late May. I am in the process of searching out potential topics and speakers for my session.

As one potential topic, I thought it would be interesting to do a comparison of the computer technologies and architectures that were used to plan and implement the Apollo missions to the technologies that are being used, are planned to be used, or are needed to be developed to plan and implement the Return to the Moon missions. It fascinates me to think that the engineers in the 1960s managed to accomplish the Apollo program in less than 10 years, using sliderules and primitive computers -- probably mostly batch with punchcards. What computing tools will the engineers working Orion/Ares/Altair have at their disposal or are planned to be developed, and will those tools provide significantly more "bang for the buck" in terms of cost and schedule (if that can even be postulated at this time)?

I'd be interested in hearing from anyone that would like to do a presentation on this or a related topic or could recommend someone to talk about this. I am also open to suggestions for topics related to Computers and Communications as it relates to manned spaceflight.
